Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen come to Divorce terms.

Los Angeles, CA - After months of quarreling, actress Denise Richards and her estranged husband Charlie Sheen have agreed on divorce terms. However, the divorce is yet to finalized.

Married in 2002 before Denise filed for divorce in March 2005, they have now sorted out their differences, the feuding couple had been locked in a bitter divorce battle for months.

Denise's lawyer Neal Hersh and Charlie's lawyer Lance Spiegel, In a joint statement released outside a Los Angeles courtroom on Monday, said, "Both parties have amicably resolved any outstanding issues on an interim basis."

Hearing took place in a judge's quarters, neither Charlie or Denise were present and lawyers from both sides refused to reveal whether a restraining order taken out by the Richards against her husband would be extended.

The order which expires today , required Charlie to stay at least 300 yards from his wife and their children, Sam, two, and Lola, one, except for supervised visits with his children.

The custody arrangements are still not known for Sam and Lola.
