The American actress underwent her first breast enlargement operation when she was 19, and later had another procedure which boosted her chest but the results were “not good”. Her third operation was a breast reduction.

Speaking to US radio DJ Howard Stern she said: “I was 19, and my roommate had the best boobs ever, and she had just had hers done. I was flat as a board, and I thought, ‘Whoa, you can just buy them,’ and stupidly had them done.”

“The next guy put bigger ones in, and it was not good – they were a D cup!”

In a separate interview Denise – who is divorced from actor Charlie Sheen, with whom she has two daughters, Sam, five and Lola Rose, four – said she had her implants reduced after starring in James Bond film The World Is Not Enough.

She said: “They looked ridiculous on my frame. After I did the Bond film, I had them changed out and made smaller.”

Denise, 38, now believes she made a mistake and would dissuade any young girls from having surgery.

She said: “It was a stupid thing to do when I was a teenager. I would encourage anyone that young to not do it because you don’t realise the complications, the things that can go wrong as they did with me.”

E3, as you, hopefully, already know, is a video game preview expo, but it’s really more like a giant video gaming party.  The stars that graced E3 with their presence this year certainly helped to keep the party going.

It all began last Monday night, June 1, 2009.  The festivities started at the Wiltern Theatre, where there was definitely a party atmosphere, as VIP’s gathered to see the show.  Jay-Z and Eminem took the stage to plug DJ Hero, Guitar Hero’s latest incarnation.  Guest geeks like Leonardo Dicaprio and Kim Kardashian were on hand to view the show.

Of course, that was only the beginning, though.   There were also closer looks at the latest and greatest games and game consoles, in many cases being plugged by celebrity guests.

In fact, Steven Spielberg made an appearance and talked about a super-cool new gaming technology.  It’s called Project Natal and, once it’s fully operational, Steven claims that it’ll be controller free.  That’s right, it’ll be a gaming experience like no other, according to the movie legend.

It’ll be able to recognize your face and your voice and follow your every command or movement.  Talk about getting wrapped up in your game!  Steven even proved his point by showing a demo, which was spooky, yet effective.  A boy on the screen watched, as a person moved around the room, his eyes constantly following along.

The Beatles: Rock Band, got even more celebrity support.  Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, Yoko Ono and Dhani Harrison (George’s son),  were all on hand to talk about the new game and how great they think it is.  Lennon and Harrison would be proud, too, I’m sure!

Then there was James Cameron.  He showed up to discuss Avatar, his new movie.  While it’s probably wonderful, the Ubisoft game version promises to be much more interesting, at least to us gamers.

The game is a third-person shooter, which, in and of itself, isn’t that unusual.  The cool thing about it, though, is that it is set in a 3-D forest world.  Yes, I said 3-D!  So, you can really get lost in the game experience!

Then there’s Daisy Fuentes and her pilates game for Wii.  Wii players are big on fitness lately, so that’s no surprise.  According to Daisy, this new pilates game can be played using Wii Fit or the regular Wii controller, too, for added convenience.

So, as you can see, the starts just kept coming during the whole event.  Of course, there was no shortage of average gamer geeks on the street, either.  Many of them enjoyed hearing some of their favorite starts speak about some of their favorite games.

Then there were the classic and the newer favorites.  There will be new games to be had in the God of War series and the Mario series, for example.  Then there’s the new Playstation portable, which is going to be decked out in Hannah Montana style, with typical eye-catching colors.

Everything that happened at the gaming convention is just too much to put in to one article.  Suffice it to say, though, that all the game bases were covered.  It’s shaping up to be a great year for gaming!

SHE’S been derided as an actress, even labelled the worst Bond girl ever, now the former wife of Charlie Sheen has been bagged for her vocal abilities as well.

38-year-old Denise Richards bumbled her way through the American favourite Take Me Out To The Ball Game during a baseball match at the weekend.

The mother-of-two said she only sang because she was asked to and it was an opportunity to raise awareness about kidney cancer.

“I’m clearly not a singer,” she says. “I wasn’t doing it to show off my pipes. Thank God I wasn’t singing the national anthem. But I thought it would be fun.”

The former model made her acting break was in the 1997 film Starship Troopers and played Christmas Jones in the 1999 James Bond film The World Is Not Enough, for which Entertainment Weekly voted her as the worst Bond girl of all time.

Richards, who acrimoniously divorced from actor Charlie Sheen in 2006, will reportedly return to the big screen in Backstabbers, alongside Neve Campbell.

Surprisingly, Charlie and Denise had dinner together not too long ago. And Charlie’s new wife Brooke Mueller even came too! Denise tells The Daily 10, “So I love that… It’s important for our daughters to see us get along and to be able to be in the same room.”

She adds: “I think anytime you go through a divorce it’s such a huge change in your life, and obviously my divorce was very public and it got very nasty… Charlie and I didn’t want that — we didn’t want all the conflict and this and that, and that’s just what the situation was.”

Denise claims she and Charlie have put all the baggage of their 2006 divorce behind them. She says, “We’ve worked very hard to get it to this place, and I’m so grateful for it. I think it’s important for, you know… It’s a lot less stress, it’s a lot less money, that we get along.”

“I don’t have a choice but to get past it. You know, I don’t read a lot of that stuff obviously — I’m not stupid. I know what’s said in most of it, but it’s just moving forward in my life and at that time when it was really bad in my life, I didn’t think about that stuff. I had to think about, ‘I’m a Mom, I have two daughters that depend on me.’ So I put all that stuff aside and I kind of just live in a little bubble. I like things very calm and happy.”

Up until now, the only celebrity blended family with this kind of togetherness is that of Demi Moore, who’s husband, Ashton Kutcher is super friendly with Moore’s ex-husband, Bruce Willis, his date du jour, and the three girls Moore and Willis co-parent with stepdad Kutcher.

These families are to be commended for setting the bar in getting along and setting a good example for their children even when it’s been difficult in the past.

Sheen’s wife, Brooke Mueller Sheen, gave birth to healthy twin sons, Max and Bob, according to the actor’s spokesperson, Stan Rosenfield.

Brooke had been hospitalised in February with premature contractions.

The baby boys are the couple’s first children together.

Charlie has three daughters Cassandra, 24, with ex-girlfriend Paula Profitt; and Sam, 5, and Lola, 3, with his ex-wife, Denise Richards.

Charlie, 43, and Brooke, 31, married in May 2008.

Carmen Electra served as the mistress of ceremonies of the New Year’s celebrations at TAO Las Vegas. Fiancé Rob Patterson was by her side the whole night and let her shine in the spotlight as she conducted the countdown in the DJ booth.

One of the biggest Sin City New Year’s Eve bashes was inside LAX Nightclub at Luxor where Kim Kardashian and her sisters Kourtney and Khloe were joined by a slew of celebrity friends and family to ring in 2009 in true Las Vegas style.

The reality show sisters were joined by Kim’s boyfriend Reggie Bush, brother Robert Kardashian, mom Kris Jenner, step father Bruce Jenner, Brittny Gastineau and “Girls Gone Wild” creator Joe Francis, among others.

Prive Las Vegas kicked off another year with a celebrity bash hosted by Denise Richards and Lance Bass. The “It’s Complicated” star arrived at the nightclub with her father Irv right before midnight and was reportedly nervous about getting up and doing the countdown in front of thousands of Prive’s New Year’s Eve guests but co-host Lance Bass helped to ease her concerns.

At Midnight, Bass and Richards headed to the DJ booth to welcome in 2009 to roaring sirens and a large confetti drop. Following the countdown, the two danced at Richards’ VIP table where the Prive cocktail waitresses brought out a Magnum of Dom Perignon to celebrate. How do we become apart of that entourage?
